Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets 3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, place the salmon fillets in a single layer. In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, ginger, salt, and pepper.
Pour the honey garlic glaze over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 2 hours or on high heat for 1 hour, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the slow cooker and transfer to a serving dish.
Spoon the honey garlic glaze from the slow cooker over the salmon.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with steamed vegetables and rice.
Note: Adjust the sweetness and saltiness of the glaze by adding more or less honey and soy sauce. You can also add a sprinkle of sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.
